Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided or through your account on our website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during sales and holidays
- Weather or natural disasters
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check the tracking information for updates
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Contact us at support@shopversemax.com and we’ll investigate
For packages confirmed as lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update addresses before the order has been shipped.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping. Express shipping is not available for these addresses.
