What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, which supports payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal balance. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted payment system.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping information and complete the payment through PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can request modifications or cancellations by contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it once received.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure, encrypted platform. We never store your credit card or bank details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days. Express shipping takes 5-8 business days. Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original PayPal payment method.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
