Refund & Returns Policy

At ShopVerseMax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have the order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@shopversemax.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal).
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your PayPal account or bank statement
- Contact PayPal for processing times
